Nick Little
Experience, class and a passion for food
Prior to establishing Cook and Butler Cuisine, Nick, a fully qualified chef, spent six years as Executive Chef for one of New Zealand’s leading hospitality event management companies. In this role, he found himself catering for a variety of VIP functions including America’s Cup farewell dinner and The Halberg Awards and overseeing private dinner parties for some of New Zealand’s best-known celebrities.
Previous to this, Nick worked in the United Kingdom, initially in the kitchen of Ian Schrager’s designer hotel, Asia de Cuba, London. He then secured a position working alongside the world-renowned chef, Tetsuya Wadaki. For four years running, Wadaki’s restaurant was voted one of the top 10 restaurants in the world.
A love of New Zealand and a deep desire to present Auckland events with international- standard cuisine led Nick to establish Cook and Butler Cuisine. The culinary skills he will bring to your catered event have been honed while working in five-star hotels, world-class restaurants, alongside Michelin star chefs and cooking for royalty and A-list celebrities.
